Meet the Empowerment Herd

Jane (Age 26) – The Wise Matriarch

Jane is the quiet, dignified leader of our herd. A classic left-brain introvert, she is deeply sensitive, highly observant, and incredibly wise. Jane doesn’t feel the need to rush or show off; instead, she holds a steady, grounded space for clients, offering calm clarity and teaching us the true power of quiet presence.

Kudro (Age 16) – The Loyal Confidant

Kudro is a gentle right-brain extrovert who wears his heart on his sleeve. While he can be a bit guarded and quiet when first meeting someone new, don’t let his initial reserve fool you. Once you earn Kudro’s trust, he rewards you with an incredibly deep, fiercely loyal connection that will leave you feeling truly seen.

Koda (Age 6) - The Curious Challenger

Orphaned at just four weeks old, Koda has always had a unique bond with humans! He is exceptionally curious, highly interactive, and loves to test the waters. Working with Koda is a fun, lively masterclass in setting clear, healthy personal boundaries, as he is always playfully pushing to see where yours are.

Novee (Age 3) – The Youthful Spirit

As the youngest member of our team, Novee brings a bright spark of pure energy and endless curiosity to the arena. She is fascinated by everything and everyone, reminding us to approach life with a sense of wonder. Novee excels at helping clients tap into their own playful nature and spontaneous joy.

Meet the Hospitality Crew

The Greeting Committee: Boston & Brody

Every great ranch needs an enthusiastic welcome crew, and Boston and Brody take their jobs very seriously! As our self-appointed Co-Chief Greeting Officers, they ensure that no car pulls into the driveway without a formal announcement. While their official greeting style involves a lot of passionate barking, don’t let the noise fool you—it is just their way of saying, “Welcome to the ranch, we are so glad you are here!” Once the initial introductions are out of the way, they excel at supervisor duties, keeping a watchful eye on the arena, and accepting belly rubs from clients.

The Barn Supervisors- The Feline Crew

If the horses run the arena and the dogs run the driveway, the barn undeniably belongs to our feline staff. Mango, Peaches, Charlie, Stella, Jack, and Lucy make up our elite Barn Management Team. You will rarely find them rushed; instead, they prefer to supervise daily chores from the top of a hay bale, practice the art of deep relaxation in sunny patches of the aisle, or stroll through the stables to ensure the horses are behaving. Each brings their own unique personality to the property, offering quiet, furry companionship to anyone hanging out around the barn.

The Heart Of The Pasture- Mares & Foals

Just beyond the arena, you will often spot our mares and their young foals grazing quietly in the open fields. While these horses are not actively involved in our training or empowerment programs, they are a vital part of the ranch’s heartbeat. Watching the gentle maternal bonds and the playful, uninhibited energy of the growing foals adds a profound sense of peace and natural wonder to the property. They serve as a beautiful, living reminder of the calm rhythms of nature, enriching the atmosphere and offering a serene backdrop for your time spent at the ranch.
